I think social networks are the new tamagotchis, which will ultimately vanish.

I’d love to try a new social networking site. Just what I’ve been waiting for!

I’ve not found social networking to respect my privacy, confidentiality etc. They all want to sell me to advertisers and abuse my contacts.

Facebook was good in the early days, before they invented all the games. Then it went mobile, and again it was OK, but rather unless by then, the novelty wore off and I’d already found my school pals. Then they figures mobile gaming integration and f**ked it up again.

Never got twitter, but I do use it for large news events.

Linked in, was just a spam machine, not been back there in along time.

The rest I don’t see as SNs, and how is snap chat even in here. Can I make a network of mobile sex buddies? If so it may be f use! I joke.

Why wasn’t g+ on the list, as that to me is the best of the lot, but not for social, but as a dynamic RSS reader. They day when that gets over run by normal folk, is the day it will loose my interest.

If you want world domination, good luck, if Google can’t do it with their infinite mound of cash, and a better product, you will really need something extra super dooper special, and then your chance is slim to non.

But if you want to cater to your tech audience and have super geeky audience, you have a shot. It will need to be a mixture of xda and Google plus. But we have them.

I’d gladly get involved and beta, but I think it’s a hell of a mounted to climb. Tbh put come of the resources behind this site, posts are slowing, and there not of the quality they once was.
