HTC One Max Verizon pricing leaked at $299 on contract

Verizon doesn’t have the best track record when it comes to carrying HTC devices. The flagship HTC One was notoriously late to grace the carrier’s shelves, and we’ve been nervous the same fate will befall the HTC One Max. While we still don’t have a solid release date for the One Max, we do have some evidence of how Verizon will price the device.

Snapped at a Verizon concept store event today in the Mall of America, Verizon has accidentally leaked the HTC One Max as coming in at $299 with a two-year contract, or $0 down and $25 a month on Verizon Edge. Compared to similarly spec’d phones, like the Samsung Note 3, this price is right in line with what we’d expect.

With pricing information on marketing material that appears to be close to the final product, we’d say there’s a good chance the One Max will be released soon. Earlier rumors put the device as coming out November 15, four days ago, but that day has obviously come and gone. If we’re lucky, the One Max will sit proudly aside the Note 3, Moto X and LG G2 before the holiday season officially kicks off.
