I was first introduced to Android with the Samsung Fascinate and I've been hooked ever since. I love the customization that Android offers the user to personalize their phone. I enjoy writing and have been blessed with the opportunity to share this passion for Android with others.

Is it better than Apex with it’s Kit Kat theme?

Kitkat launcher is GEL clone. It has translucent status bar for Android 4.0 and above. It is almost same GEL/Google Search app on Nexus 5. If you use Apex, you must try Kitkat launcher to feel GEL experience.

AllCast doesn’t always work. I know there’s a time limit but I got maybe 2 pictures to appear on my TV before it stopped. It could never find my TV again. Not worth $5 when you can’t tell how effective the app performs. I saw the option to purchase when I first installed it then never again. The concept is good but not ready for prime time yet. I’ve got a G2 not rooted.

Calendar Status: A friend just suggested that I should use this app, and it just amazing! Thanks! So much better than any other notification app. Rotter your way with all the info just in front of you, without forgetting anything any more! The app is very useful during phone calls and browsing, you just pull down and see your schedule for today.
