Latest Oppo Find 7 teaser confirms 5.5-inch 2560×1440 display

Do Oppo’s recent Find 7 teasers have you hungry for more details on the company’s upcoming smartphone? If so, Oppo’s got a nice holiday surprise for you. Oppo today posted another Find 7 teaser image to its official Google+ page, but this time the company included some concrete spec details with it, revealing that the Find 7 will feature a 5.5-inch 2560×1440 display. The text attached to the image adds another tidbit of information: “5.5” screen with the feel of a 5” screen device.”

We’re still in the dark about much of what will make the Find 7 tick, but these latest details concerning the device’s display are sure to get quite a few folks interested in it. While 1080p displays have become commonplace in the high-end Android market, we haven’t really seen many phones with screens that are even more high-resolution, and so I’m betting that quite a few folks will want to check out Oppo’s Find 7 just to see what a 5.5-inch 2560×1440 display looks like. There’s still no word on exactly when we’ll actually get the opportunity to lay our eyes on the Find 7 in the flesh, but here’s to hoping that it’s not long before the teasers end and the shipping begins.

Even though many will feel it unnecessary, that is the same thing they said about 1080p. I am interested to see how it performs and what battery life will be like.
