Samsung’s 2014 tablet lineup is highlighted by the Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2, offering a massive 12.2-inch 2560×1600 display in 1.9GHz Exynos 5 Octa processor (Wi-Fi model) or 2.3 GHz Snapdragon 800 processor (LTE model) flavors. As the “Note” name implies, the Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 sports S Pen integration – the only feature which sets this table apart from the Samsung Galaxy TabPRO 12.2. Other specs include 3GB RAM, 8-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front facing camera, Android 4.4 KitKat with TouchWiz, a hefty 9,500mAh battery, 32 or 64GB storage with an expandable microSD card slot and IR blaster.

The software on the Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 features the same Magazine UX found of the Samsung Galaxy TabPRO 8.4, but Samsung has added new multi-window functionality to take advantage of the 12.2-inch display. Users are now able to view and interact with four different apps side-by-side, and if that’s not enough there’s also the option to have additional app open and float over the other apps. Samsung’s software steaks on the Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 make this device a must-have for those who want to get work done on a tablet.

Due to poor lighting conditions, we were not able to get many pictures of the Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2. But the video below should give you a good idea of what Samsung’s latest tablet looks like and how it operates.

NotePro, TabPro 10.1, 12.2 etc……very annoying! The average Joe user gets confused by this. Why cant we have it simple like the iPad and iPad mini? Instead of building a tablet brand, they destroy it every time. No wonder my sister wanted an iPad, because thats the only tablet brand she knows and is somewhat familar with.
    What happened to Nexus e.g.?

    This is so stupid.

Sounds like the iPad is perfect for your sister. If you don’t like the name so much…..don’t buy it? I can’t wait until this is available.

Fully agree, but Samsung is always behind and their marketing crew must be among the worst.
You get what you pay for.

    When can I buy this?

The tabpro looks quite impressive, but why would the wifi version only get a 1.9ghz proc. but the lte version gets a 2.3 ghz proc?

    • Tanner

In the video he says the 1.9 ghz processor is an 8 core rather than a 4 core. Im guessing they have similar performance.

I would love to buy the Note Pro but the back is sealed and the battery cannot be removed . Seems like I will be with the Note Phablet forever.
