KitKat now rolling out to Sprint’s LG G2

Do you own an LG G2 on Sprint? If so, we’re here to give you a bit of pleasant news on this fine spring day. Sprint is now rolling out Android 4.4.2 KitKat to its LG G2, complete with a fix for a Next Radio audio bug.  If this update is anything like the one that AT&T pushed to its G2, it’ll also include tweaks to the UI, higher battery efficiency, faster speeds and Google Cloud Printing.

The update will be rolling out to all users over the next week or two, but you can try to manually get it by looking for software updates in the About Phone section of your Settings menu.

Sprint G2 owners, let us know how the update is when you get it!

Yay, just in time for their end of March timetable. Now to find how to update with root and custom recovery…
