Titanfall app released for Android, only compatible with Xbox One

Titanfall App

If you’re a fan of the game Titanfall and you own an Xbox One, you’re in luck. EA Mobile today released a mobile app for Android (and iOS and Windows Phone) that not only lets you see various stats and info about Titanfall, but also pairs with the game to show you vital info while playing.

When you’re out and about and you suddenly have an urge to check all of your Titanfall stats, the app will provide you with your personal information. The app also has details on the guns and tech in Titanfall, a strategy guide for the campaign and 3D models of the game’s weapons and titans. Aside from the strategy guide, though, there’s not much that’s incredibly useful.

One thing that I am excited to try out is the mini map. While you’re playing Titanfall, your mobile device will display an interactive mini map. You can zoom in and out, see the battlefield in full and even turn on filters that aren’t available in game. Maybe this feature will actually be useful!

Unfortunately, the Titanfall app is only compatible with the Xbox One version of the game. If you play on the Xbox 360 or PC, you’re out of luck for now. It’s not clear whether or not that’ll change, but it is EA Games we are dealing with. If you do have an Xbox One and Titanfall, give this app a download! It’s over 600MB, so I think you’re better off doing it over WiFi. Let us know what you think of it in the comments!

I started to download it until I found out the file size is over a half a gig… Goodnight Gracie! Lol

I may do it later anyway just to see how useful the map feature really is…
