My Verizon M7 just got the update. It now feels very similar to my M8 just without gesture controls.

I have Verizon and I am not sure if my phone is having trouble updating or what. I downloaded the update and it reset and went to the dark screen that shows a phone and says “receiving update from Verizon wireless”, but after about 30 secs it goes completely black and nothing helps! :[

Worst update I’ve ever had. So many problems it isn’t funny. I’m trying to figure out how to uninstall and go back to the previous update
