Latest Google Glass update syncs your photos, remembers where you parked

Google glass 2

Each and every month, the Google Glass team is hard at work on new software to make Glass more useful. This month’s update brings in several great features, beginning with photo syncing between Glass and your phone. Every photo taken on Glass will now automatically sync with your phone via the MyGlass app. And yes, the feature doesn’t require Wi-Fi. Hoorah!

The update also includes the ability to guide you back to your parking spot. When you’re out and about, it’s easy to forget where you parked. Thus, simply looking to the left of your Glass homescreen will bring up the parking location card to guide you back to your beloved car. Tracking of packages is thrown into the update as well, saving you the step of looking it up on your phone.

FIFA World Cup fans should rejoice as you can now get Glass updates on how your favorite teams are doing. Simply add your favorite teams or choose yes when asked if you’d like to receive updates about the World Cup. Glass will then periodically update you on how all the matches are going and where your favorite teams stand. And in case you’re worried about your battery dying while you’re keeping up with the games, Glass reminds you even earlier, at 20% battery left, that your battery is running out of juice. How courteous of Glass.

Which new feature is your favorite?
