Top 10 Android app updates this week: HTC Dot View, Gmail

app updates

Welcome back to our weekly Top 10 Android App Updates column, where we take a look at the most frequently upgraded apps for the week. We’ve found that one of the best ways to discover useful apps is to find the ones that are actually being updated by the developers rather than selecting the apps with the most installs. As in the past, we’re going to filter out minor updates for the super-popular apps that have over 10 million installs, but we’ll make exceptions for apps that have had significant updates. We hope you enjoy this weekly feature and that you discover some apps that end up being useful.

I was first introduced to Android with the Samsung Fascinate and I've been hooked ever since. I love the customization that Android offers the user to personalize their phone. I enjoy writing and have been blessed with the opportunity to share this passion for Android with others.

I’d like gmail to have a fresh new look like Google+ app that directly corresponds to Android L material design. However google should not mess it up to the core, it should retain some Card UI tradition

Great post! I would also recommend one more chat app called Photo4tune. Its features are amazing, cool stickers and emoticons, fire messaging and sending self destruct photos!
