LG G Vista (2)

Verizon’s LG G Vista is back for another leak before its alleged release on Thursday. The subject of many leaks, the G Vista is an impending effort from Verizon to offer up a large, mid-range device. The phone is a slightly tweaked version of LG’s G Pro 2, though its are middle of the road rather than high-end. As a full rundown, here’s what you’re going to get:

  • 5.7-inch 720p display
  • 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor
  • 1.5GB RAM
  • 8GB storage with microSD card slot
  • 8-megapixel rear camera with laser autofocus
  • 3,200mAh battery
  • Android 4.4 KitKat

From the picture below, we can see that the G Vista resembles the G Pro 2 in design with a few changes. One that’s notable is the addition of laser autofocus, showing that LG has struck success with the technology and will continue to use it as a marketing feature. Sources from the leak have said that the phone will launch this Thursday, July 31. Cost will be $99 on a two-year contract or $499 without.
