Since the release of the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, we’ve seen Samsung take a new direction with its smartphones. Instead of the classic all-plastic design, Samsung has been throwing in some metal to make its devices feel more premium. New photos have leaked of the Samsung Galaxy A5, and this device follows this new design path to an extent.
The Galaxy A5 is a very mid-range phone, offering a 5-inch HD Super AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 400 processor, 16GB of expandable storage, a 2,330 mAh battery, a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. But instead of the plastic you’d associate with Samsung and mid-range (and high-end, to be fair), this device is made of material that “feels cold in the hand” that allegedly isn’t plastic or metal.
Not only that, but it follows the new sharper design of the Galaxy Alpha as Samsung moves further and further away from round curves. I quite like it, it looks classy and sophisticated. Plus, with better build quality, this Samsung fan is happy. What do you think of this new design Samsung is going for? Leave a comment!
