Nexus 5 and Nexus 6 to get Android 5.0.1 today, says T-Mobile

Hot on the heels of Sprint’s announcement of Android 5.0.1 for the Nexus 5, T-Mobile has come forward with some similar news.

T-Mo says that it’ll begin pushing Android 5.0.1, build LRX22C, to both the Nexus 5 and Nexus 6 today. The changelog is just as short as you’d expect from an x.x.1 update, bringing with it just “software stability.”

We haven’t heard anything official about this push from Google, but if you’ve got a Nexus 5 or Nexus 6 on T-Mobile, it’s worth keeping an eye out for the update in the coming days. You can check for this update by heading into Settings > About phone > System update. Be sure to leave a comment when your update arrives!
