Not happy with the spec sheet of the HTC Hima? What if we told you that HTC is working on a device with nearly the same spec sheet but with a larger and higher resolution display as well as a fingerprint scanner?
According to 4GNews, the rumored HTC Hima Ace Plus will be powered by Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 810 with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, 3,000mAh battery, front-facing UltraPixel (4-megapixel) camera with flash, 20-megapixel rear camera, fingerprint scanner that works even when the display is turned off and a 5.5-inch QHD (2560×1440 pixels) bezel-less display.
Unfortunately, the HTC Hima Ace Plus will not be launching alongside the HTC Hima this spring. The rumor suggests that the phone will hit the market in August or September, just in time to compete with new flagship phones from Motorola and LG.
While the rumored HTC Hima Ace Plus is a variant of the HTC Hima, the device sounds very similar to the HTC M8 Prime that was rumored to launch last fall. It’s unclear why HTC chose not to launch the HTC M8 Prime, but we have a feeling that we’ll see at least two flagship devices from HTC this year.
Are you planning to purchase the HTC Hima or will you wait to see how things turn out with the HTC Hima Ace Plus rumors?
