Samsung Galaxy Note Edge coming to U.S. Cellular on January 7

Samsung’s Galaxy Note Edge is an odd device. It’s essentially a Galaxy Note 4, but comes with a display that wraps around one edge of the device. The device launched on the big four U.S. carriers in November, and now it’s coming to U.S. Cellular on Wednesday, January 7. The Galaxy Note Edge will be priced at either $399 on a two-year contract or can be purchased for $0 down on one of US Cellular’s device payment plans.

While the Galaxy Note Edge is interesting, we’ve yet to find a really motivating reason to purchase it over a standard Galaxy Note 4. If you want a novelty to show off, though, then the Galaxy Note Edge is certainly a great phone for that.

Is the Galaxy Note Edge a gimmick, or something more? Leave your thoughts in the comments.
