Samsung Galaxy Note Edge hits Verizon for $399 on-contract

Samsung created the Galaxy Note Edge as a concept device, primarily to prove that it could. But it’s interesting enough, and some may enjoy having a device with a curved edge. If you’re on Verizon and you’ve been craving the Galaxy Note Edge, you’re in luck, because Verizon is now carrying the Galaxy Note Edge. You’re going to really have to open your wallet, though, as the Galaxy Note Edge is priced at $399 on a two-year contract.

Verizon is also selling the Galaxy Note Edge for $33.33 per month for 24 months on Verizon Edge. If you prefer to be free of contracts, you can purchase the Galaxy Note Edge off-contract on Verizon for $799, making it one of the priciest Android phones out there. Still, you’re getting all the great specs of the Galaxy Note 4 such as a 5.6-inch QHD display, 2.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB RAM, 16-megapixel camera and the S Pen. All of those are paired with curved edge on the display and support for Verizon’s XLTE network.

Typical Verizon, stocking phones months after other carriers and/or locking bootloaders. I was gonna say it would suck to be a Verizon customer, but I guess if you choose Verizon you don’t care to have the latest device or that Verizon locks down the devices they carry…..
