Samsung to show ‘What’s Next’ on March 1

Well, the first week of March is shaping up to be huge in mobile. Not only do we have MWC, an HTC event and a whole lot more, but now Samsung has scheduled an event too.

Samsung is sending out invitations [Google Translate] for an MWC event on March 1 that feature the phrase “What’s Next” along with a mysterious silver, wavy line. Unfortunately, the invite doesn’t drop any other hints at what Samsung’s got planned for the shindig.

Considering the timing of the event, it’s possible that we’ll see Samsung’s new Galaxy S6 flagship at this March 1 event. The rumor mill has suggested that we could see a new Galaxy S-branded smartphone with a curved edge or two as well. Whether this wavy line is hinting at the S6, S Edge, or something else entirely remains to be seen, but hey, at least we won’t be in the dark for too long.
