Top 10 Android app updates this week: Yelp, Nook

app updates

Welcome back to our weekly Top 10 Android App Updates column, where we take a look at the most frequently upgraded apps for the week. We’ve found that one of the best ways to discover useful apps is to find the ones that are actually being updated by the developers rather than selecting the apps with the most installs. As in the past, we’re going to filter out minor updates for the super-popular apps that have over 10 million installs, but we’ll make exceptions for apps that have had significant updates. We hope you enjoy this weekly feature and that you discover some apps that end up being useful.

I was first introduced to Android with the Samsung Fascinate and I've been hooked ever since. I love the customization that Android offers the user to personalize their phone. I enjoy writing and have been blessed with the opportunity to share this passion for Android with others.

The (Playboard) and (Play Store) links of Beyond Pod link to Photobooth. You should correct that to the correct one.

Omnipaste should be on this list. Omnipaste is a smart service that makes your PC, tablet and smartphone work better together: you can move things between devices with the classical copy and paste and you will receive sms and call notifications to your PC or tablet. More than this, you have the ability to act on those notifications by rejecting the call or sending a SMS messages directly from your computer.

Disclaimer: I am co-founder at Omnipaste. I still think you should check it out
