Both the stable and beta channels of Chrome for Android are seeing updates today, available in Google Play sometime this Wednesday. Neither update features anything groundbreaking, but each does include at least one welcome change.
According to the Chrome blog, Chrome 41 for Android “contains the ability to pull to reload at the top of most pages, along with a number of bug fixes and performance improvements.” And that’s about it. Chrome 42 Beta for Android includes a feature that allows users to get updates from sites with notifications, an easier way to add webpages to your homescreen, and of course bug fixes and performance improvements.
As mentioned above, both updates are available in Google Play starting later today. Be sure to snag the updates and let us know if you see anything different Google neglected to mention
