The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is expected to be unveiled later this year, but for those that are really looking forward to seeing what the next flagship Note phablet looks like, a series of fresh leaks may shed some light on it well in advance.
According to a report from serial leaker @OnLeaks, the schematics for the new Galaxy Note 5 have found their way to the surface. As expected, Samsung is taking some cues from its Galaxy S6, which it launched earlier this year, but going with a bigger display to match the Note lineup’s major selling point. The overall design looks similar enough to the Galaxy S6. For instance, the power button is located in the same spot as the S6.
There are still some questions regarding the inclusion of a removable battery or a microSD card slot, and these design leaks don’t do much to answer them.
Samsung’s Galaxy Note 5 is expected to get showcased at this year’s IFA event in Berlin, which takes place in September, so the wait isn’t all that long anymore. Are you looking forward to the Galaxy Note 5?
