HTC U11 with 128GB of storage and 6GB of RAM makes its way to the U.S.

The HTC U11 with 128GB of built-in storage has only been available in select markets since the phone’s launch earlier this year, and now that list of markets is growing.

HTC has started taking pre-orders for the 128GB version of the U11 in the U.S. Pricing is $729 USD, which is $80 more than the 64GB model.

HTC has included a microSD slot with the U11, but some folks might prefer getting more built-in storage so they don’t have to deal with microSD cards at all. It’s also worth noting that this model comes with 6GB of RAM, an upgrade from the 4GB/64GB model.

Along with expanding availability of this 128GB U11, HTC is discounting some of its other hardware until August 7th. The HTC U Ultra is $499 ($250 off), the HTC 10 is $399 ($300 off), and the UA Healthbox is $220 ($180 off).
