Samsung’s Galaxy Note 8 event is now less than one week away, but if you need a little help making it there, the rumor mill is happy to hook you up.
A few new Galaxy Note 8 leaks have surfaced days before the phone’s official reveal. Several photos that claim to show the Note 8 have appeared on Weibo, depicting a handset that lines up with previous Note 8 image leaks. There’s a big display with curved edges and slims bezels around front, and the back of the device is home to a dual rear camera setup with a fingerprint reader to its right.
And then there’s Evan Blass, who has spilled some pre-order and launch info on the Note 8. He says that Samsung will begin taking pre-orders for its new flagship on August 24th and that a release is planned for September 15th.
Note8 pre-orders from Samsung (starting 8/24) come with a 256GB microSD card plus choice of convertible wireless charger or 360 cam.

Blass adds that pre-order customers in the U.S. will get a 256GB microSD card with their purchase as well as their choice of a convertible wireless charger or 360-degree camera. Note 8 pre-order customers in Europe will get a free DeX dock to go with their shiny new smartphone.
Finally, an alleged Galaxy Note 8 sales brochure has been posted by Ausdroid. While there’s not really much in the way of new information (the Note 8 has leaked a lot), the document does back up several of the Note 8 specs that’ve leaked previously. Included in the brochure are mentions of a 6.3-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity Display, dual cameras with 2x optical zoom, an iris scanner, and IP68 water and dust resistance.
While it seems like most of the Galaxy Note 8 has been leaked at this point, it’s still worth getting excited about the phone’s August 23rd reveal. There could still be an exciting detail or two that Samsung has up its sleeve, and once the Note 8 is official, we’ll get to see much more of it and try it out for ourselves.
