Verizon increases Total Mobile Protection monthly cost, lowers replacement cost

With the holiday season wrapping up, the deals are dying down and reality is setting back in. To kick off the New Year, Verizon is switching up its Total Mobile Protection plan. The company is lowering the replacement cost for lost or broken devices to $89. To make up for the lower replacement cost, Verizon is increasing the monthly cost for Total Mobile Protection. New customers will pay $13/month, while existing customers will continue to pay $11/month until March 6, when their monthly cost will increase to the new $13 rate.

Verizon is also touting nationwide cracked screen repairs, with options for mailing in your phone, bringing it to a repair center, or having a repair technician come to you. Additionally, Verizon will reimburse customers who have cracked screen repairs performed internationally.
