Honor 7X in red now available in the United States

It’s almost Valentine’s Day, and it looks like smartphone manufacturers would like it very much if you picked up a new device for that special someone in your life. And what better way to entice a potential customer than launch a phone in red for the holiday?

In the case of the Honor 7X, the Huawei sub-brand actually unveiled the red versionĀ a little more than a month ago, stating that it would arrive in the United States at some point in the near future. It turns out that time is now, and Honor wants to welcome the red Honor 7X with Valentine’s Day, even launching a new giveaway contest in light of the Hallmark holiday.

The red Honor 7X is the same as the black and blue models that Honor launched in the U.S. earlier this year. ThatĀ means you’ll get a smartphone with minimal bezels and a display that measures in at 5.8 inches. There is 32GB of built-in storage, 3GB of RAM, a pair of cameras on the back, and the battery measures in at 3340mAh. It will only work on AT&T and T-Mobile in the U.S., though, so keep that in mind.

The Honor 7X retails for $199, and it’s available now if you’re so inclined.
