Essential Phone back down to all-time low on Amazon

Tudia-Lula-2-Essential-Phone-1

We were teased with this price drop on the Essential Phone on Friday, but it disappeared almost immediately. Hopefully this time some of you have a chance to snatch up this solid smartphone at just $349 on Amazon.

The only caveat is that the deal price is just on the Black Moon color; Halo Gray and Pure White remain at the standard $499.

While Essential got off to a somewhat bumpy start, the company has been among the best with software updates outside of Google themselves and remain one of the few to have Android 8.1 Oreo already out there, particularly at anywhere near this price point. The OS and security updates are great to see and they have also addressed some of the early complaints in the last few updates, with the camera and overall device performance taking huge strides since the early reviews.

If you want a device that is going to stay up-to-date without shelling out $500+ dollars this is one to take a look at. No word on how long this deal will last, but if the last time was any example it may not be too long, so don’t sleep on this deal.
