Google Assistant makes its way to the Pixel C

Late last year, Google Assistant began rolling out to tablets, but the Pixel C wasn’t included in that rollout for whatever reason. Now that’s changing.

Google Assistant now works on the Pixel C. As noted by Android Police, Pixel C owners can now summon the Google Assistant, and it works pretty much like you’d expect. You can set a reminder, get directions, check the weather, and so on.

There are likely quite a few people out there that own a Pixel C since it was a Google tablet that was offered when there weren’t exactly a ton of Android tablets on the market. That’s why it’s good to see Google continue to show the device love with new features like Google Assistant, even if it no longer actually sells the device.

If you’ve got a Pixel C, go ahead and give the Google Assistant a try and let us know how it works for you!
