Google rolling out Search improvements to help you decide which movie to go see

Google regularly updates its mobile search offering with new features and improvements, and today one such update has begun rolling out.

Google Search is now getting better at helping you choose a movie to see. When you’re searching for a movie to go see in the theater, you can easily compare using factors like ratings, showtimes, theater locations, and more, all in the same view. You can still buy tickets by clicking on a showtime, too.

If you’ve got a particular theater that you like best, you can view what’s showing by location and narrow your search with filters.

This update is now available in Google Search in mobile browsers as well as the Google app for Android. It can be used in the U.S. and India in English and Hindi. Google says that it’ll roll out these improvements to the Google app for iOS soon.

These are some nice improvements that Google is rolling out. It can be time consuming to compare showtimes, locations, and ratings when you’re trying to decide which movie you want to go see. This Google Search update aims to streamline that process, so be sure to try Google Search the next time that you’re thinking about going to see a movie.
