Google Pay comes to desktop, supports browsers other than Chrome

Google is trying to unify its payment systems, which is a pretty un-Google thing to do (don’t get Google fans started on its chat apps). But so far, Google Pay has been a good move from the previous iterations of Android Pay and Google Wallet.

Now Google Pay is coming to desktops, and it’s not limited to Google Chrome! If you visit a supported site in browsers like Safari and Firefox, you can check out without entering any information using Google Pay. Chrome will also automatically fill in your billing, shipping, and payment information during checkout.
