Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact receives Verizon certification

Sony’s award-winning Xperia XZ2 Compact has received Verizon certification for customers looking to bring their own device. Though Verizon won’t be selling the device in its stores, it is noting that customers can purchase the Xperia XZ2 Compact at Best Buy and have it activated on Verizon there. The Xperia XZ2 Compact is priced at $649.99 and is available in four color options of Black, White Silver, Moss Green, and Coral Pink.

Sony designed the Xperia XZ2 Compact to be a comfortable alternative to the extra-large smartphones that have become commonplace. The XZ2 Compact features a 5-inch 2160×1080 HDR display, Snapdragon 845 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 19-megapixel rear camera with 1/2.3″ Exmor RS sensor, 5-megapixel front camera, a 2870mAh battery, and Android Oreo.
