Google brings Assistant to the Netherlands

Google announced that today Google Assistant is coming to the Netherlands! Not only that, but the assistant now supports the Dutch language and is available both on Android (Marshmallow and up) and iOS (version 10 and up).

Fortunately, this isn’t a simple translation. Google has made Google Assistant truly Dutch. According to Google, the assistant can sing Dutch songs, follow Dutch football, and focus on the weather. Basically, Assistant was customized for the Dutch market with focus on what the Dutch generally find most important.

Many Dutch brands have hopped on the opportunity to integrate into Assistant. Both companies and news organizations have supported Actions, many launching today with the launch of the Assistant.

If you’re in the Netherlands, the feature is rolling out today and will complete in the next few days. Hit the source link for the full info and give it a shot!
