Samsung will reveal a new Galaxy device at ’4x fun’ event on October 11

October is becoming quite a month for Android. Following event announcements from LG and Google, now Samsung has revealed that it, too, has some new hardware to show off next month.

Samsung says that it has a new Galaxy device to reveal at a “4x fun” event on October 11th. The details on this mystery device are light, but Samsung does say that it is “bringing more ways to express yourself than ever before.”

Usually with these events, we’ve got a pretty good idea of what’s going to be announced. That’s not the case with this Samsung event, though. Samsung has already revealed its flagship Galaxy smartphones for the year, and it’s recently launched both high-end and affordable tablets, too. The foldable smartphone is one possibility, but Samsung Mobile CEO DJ Koh has said that more details on that device would be shared at Samsung’s Developer Conference in November.

Do you have any ideas of what Samsung may announce next month?
