Motorola to cut 4,000 jobs – focus shifting to fewer phones with longer-lasting batteries

Motorola Mobility shareholders give Google acquisition vote of approval

Motorola Mobility’s shareholders have voted, and they gave the Googorola deal two thumbs up.
