Motorola’s Honeycomb tablet flaunts Verizon branding in new blurry shots

We can probably add Droid Pad (and apparently Trygon?) to the growing list of possible names for the upcoming Motorola Honeycomb tablet as the latest photos clearly confirm the long standing suspicion that Motorola’s tablet is coming to Big Red.

An Engadget tipster snapped these new images; if you want to see all of them you can hit the source link below, but as we’ve already seen high res shots there isn’t anything too exciting about them beyond the Verizon logo.

The rest of the information that the tipster bore was more interesting for the fact that it coincided with the specs that we have seen previously which is encouraging that this tablet might not be too far from launch.

  • 1 GHz Tegra 2 T20
  • 10″ screen
  • 1280 x 800 resolution
  • 32 GB Storage
  • 512 MB Ram
  • Gyroscope
  • Micro sd slot
  • Micro-usb
  • Mini-HDMI

We know this is going to be the hero device for Honeycomb so what are your bets on a release date?
