Amazon Wireless is kicking off the launch of the newest and thinnest member of the Droid family with a tip of the hat to today’s unique date by offering the Droid RAZR for $111.11. Amazon is backordered at the moment, but orders placed today will still qualify for the special price. As of this posting they are still saying they will ship by the end of next week.

As with most of the Amazon Wireless deals, this pricing only applies to brand new 2-year contracts. If you’re looking to upgrade an existing contract, they are offering a slightly discounted price of $249.
