    Turbo Client. Nice find!!!

    • Steve Heinrich

I agree. Finally a nice FTP client for Android :)

      • alexanderharri3

It looks very classy. A bit funky with Holo on 2.3, but still a svelte app.

      • adamsaur

what do you use the ftp client to mainly do? The only time I’ve ever used on is to pass files to my modded original xbox

    • bdub

I actually noticed this a couple weeks ago I think when it was first uploaded and have been waiting for some user reaction to it. Going to give it a shot. I’ve generally not been thrilled with most FTP solutions available.

      • stringdidj

        How did you find it?

    • exilis

Aye, was just thinking about trying a new ftp app!

    • celo175

  • damambt

Heard a lot about Viddy, but I’m more interested in Notif

    • bstewart11

Me too – installing Notif as I type.

      • mr 1338

Viddy is like the Instagram of Video recording.
Please don’t make this a trend. We don’t have awesome 1080p Cameras to blur and color tint them :S

        • luckykrrish

          totally agree

    • Jon Garrett

Notif is alright but I only have JB on my S3 so on my Note I use an app called Notifier+ which is pretty sweet.

    • pikahatonjon

notif is really good. i got the pro version about a month ago. super bomb.

  • taketheleap

SnoreClock is getting installed on my wife’s phone…

… it’s like a train is rolling through our house every night.

    • Anthropic

I thought I was the only one with that issue, I’m shocked my wife hasn’t died in her sleep yet!

    • raichleb

Hey you guys! All joking aside, get your spouse to a sleep clinic. Sleep apnea is a real problem with real solutions. I went about 5 years ago and it has changed my life for the better.

  • GUI_Center

Snoreclock is about to put many arguments to rest for couples haha

    • Thomas Biard

Hahaha. Awesome! I saw that app and thought “I’m getting this now and using it tonight”. So brilliant!

  • dpleus

Interesting group of apps. Notif sounds like a great app, but my phones are stuck on ICS. I would play with SnoreClock, but I know I snore and my wife has a fan on all night so I wonder how it would work with the added noise. Might be a good reason to install it and see what it does.

  • stephen45003

I really like Notif, thanks for sharing!!

  • mario_1603

SnoreClock I need this app for my Mom because my Dad always complaints about her snores lol

  • kendartra

I personally think the Snore Clock is great for singles.Snoring can cause a terrible night sleep. With snore clock you can detect whether you snore and address the cause. There are many stop snore products on the market. Enlarged adnoids cause horrific snoring and a simple operation will eliminate snoring forever.

  • nobara

    Snoreclock will rock :)

    • ArticulateFool

      That’s the one I’m liking.
      Sleep is a beautiful thing!

  • TheyCallMeZ

Voxeet and Turbo Client are absolutely great! Check em out if you have the need, you won’t be disappointed.

  • Manroth

Snoreclock? Time to settle some debates!

    • bstewart11

Amen – my wife is not going to be happy that there is an app for this. I am fairly confident that I am going to be proven right, at least most of the time.

  • crossbred900

None of those do anything I’d be interested in. Here’s hoping for next week.

  • murali.ram

Snoreclock, this is superb app to find out who making clock sound….

  • rr2009

SonceClock sounds like a great idea. I’m going to download and try it on my roommate. I think I will give Notif also a try.

  • avijaunty

waiting for my Note to get JB update.. can’t wait to check out these apps :)

  • dutrak

    Turbo Client FTW

  • Rahul Verma

My wife has been bugging me that I snore in the night. Though she always fails to provide any audio or video proof (ofcourse she prefers sleeping rather than recording).
This SnoreClock app will put all arguments to rest!!! lol

  • Gordon Wheeler

SnoreClock, I shall soon have the proof that my wife snores… and will surely be in trouble soon after.

    • bstewart11

Indeed – you might want to hold onto that little nugget of truth until you really need it.

      • jonstle

Some things are better left un-proven.

  • kendartra

Not sure what Turbo Client does.

  • humidity

Viddy looks interesting. I’ll have to give that a try!

  • Steve Heinrich

Notif is a really cool app. Integrates with Jelly Bean perfectly. I highly suggest it.

  • Steve Heinrich

Turbo Client it awesome! I can’t wait to try this out on a Nexus 7 or other tablet. Best FTP client i have used on Android.

  • KingCrow02

    Going to try out Voxeet

  • w5t1h7

The turbo client is awesome! I’ve been looking for something like it since a while, nice find!

    • jonstle

Turbo Client and Notif are the two winners for me here. The others are great as well but just not what I am needing right now.

    • Thomas Biard

As have I. I look forward to giving it a shot. Sounds like a good solid start for FTP on my Android.

  • ben steel

For anyone planning on doing some skiing this winter….I’d throw “on the snow” into the mix too.

  • doublin

SnoreClock ! Imediatly installed it! I will test it tonight.

  • overclockthesun

    Turbo Client!

  • jefflarkin

I may just have to go get Snore Clock!

  • smwinn7

nice picks, these mostly sound like great apps

  • ndub21

Notif looks intruiging to me. I love the notifications on Jelly Bean, but if this app can improve them then I would be even happier! These are the things I love about Android, just how customizable it is.

Thanks for the heads up on all these apps.

  • staryoshi

I’m intrigued by SnoreClock… I’ll definitely check it out tonight :P

  • nmoline

    Nothing forme this week

  • yoaj

KoolrPix Studio not compatible with my phone!? :/ [Samsung Galaxy Nexus][4.1.2]

  • Jorge Eslava

Nike training club seems interesting, I’ll have to try it out.

    • dino13

Well I sure hope you like training for women.

  • datiecher

Turbo Client looks like a great FTP client for Android (finally!) and I might have a go at SnoreClock as well just for the lulz, but the others, not interested.

  • zippyioa

I like the idea of snore clock, my wife always says I snore but I don’t believe her…. This app could prove it either way

  • piyush159

~ Viddy seems to be good, but I am already satisfied with Autodesk Pixlr Express.
~ Finally an app for all Snorers – SnoreClock – Watch Out !!
~ The app I’m looking forward to is Google Zeitgeist 2012,
~ And finally a FTP client app for Android – Turbo Client

    • myvoiceinthewind

I have tried Viddy and kept it, but I’ll try Pixlr Express too. Thanks.

  • smeghead68

    Notif…must try that one out.

  • imdiane

Haha the SnoreClock app could definitely prove those who claim they don’t snore that they actually do.. Would be curious to try even on myself. Neat find!!

Getting the Nike Training Club, might as well since I already have the Nike Running+ one.

Notif would be great to have if I didn’t already have Any.Do :)

  • nobile

Turbo Client :) I like it

  • sylvan

FTP? Really? And people here are excited about it, huh. I haven’t had a use for FTP in a looong time.

SnoreClock does sound very interesting, but my first thought was for singles. Do people really deny to their spouse, of all people, that they snore?

  • dacevedo

Notif is a good app. Try it!

  • CErikM

For a second there, at first glance I thought snore clock was some kind of crazy clock that was activated by snoring until I actually read the description. Haha, an interesting idea though got to try it out.

What would be funny as heck is if there was some kind of sound threshold feature where if your snoring gets too loud it sets off an alarm to wake you up haha.

  • Jeopardy

    Good stuff

  • bgssilva

    Viddy is good
    KoolrPix Studio too

  • arminla

    Trying out Notif, seems interesting.

  • BrotherBloat

    turbo client looks nice…!

  • mightynaf

I tried snoreclock last night! Thanks

  • sbala

    Snoreclock is a good found.

  • ConfuciusTse

    Interesting mix

  • clauprim

    Nice one.

  • Ilyse Rose

Notif is really cool, trying it out now and loving it

  • chralex

This is a great post Really need something like this, guidance for the newbies. Thanks

  • naypalm

Hahahaha, Thats awesome, I’m going to install Snore Clock right now!

  • radaan

    Great apps!

  • Dc99999969

Viddy is pretty cool but it’s missing something

  • darkisss

Are we that starved for attention in our digital world that we need to share every single thing in our pathetic, dreary lives that happens trying to fool ourselves into believing we’re more special then we are, and that people give a crap? Viddy? Really? If it’s the Instagram of videos, we’re just going too far. There’s only so many hours in a day, and rubbish content is at maximum in my life.

  • darkisss

On a more positive note Voxeeet looks cool, going to go check it out now.

  • Stig03

    thanks! awesome article

  • Fiasko

Anyone actually use this Nike app? Was looking for a review from the uninformed randoms on the play store!

  • Ezy03

    thanks! awesome article

  • Viequense

  • Granna

I am glad I discovered Turbo Client here.

  • imdiane

Still need to check out Nike Training Club!

Also wanted to check out Viddy!

  • sofian.rabbani

Snore clock for me! I believe the old girl always exaggerates my snoring! :P

  • j_d_

    Nice apps. Thanks!

  • Nicholas Fowler

SnoreClock sounds interesting. I’d be more afraid of what I SAY in my sleep though.

  • klcow92

    awesome apps!!! :D

  • securifirm

LOL at the snore app…might have to try that one.

  • prime_optimus

Viddy is that I more use

  • arminla

I tried Notif, expected something different. Didn’t care for it much. Snore clock sounds like it might be a hoot. I wonder how much battery that would drain!

  • Vitti

How does Turbo Client compare to AndFTP? Better, worse, no different?

  • BellissiMatt

Google Zeitgeist 2012 killed two hour time!!!

  • samyeh

nike training club looks good. worth a try

  • aufan1

The snore clock was pretty cool. I think red is a bad sign.

  • sachin_goral

    Snore app detects good

  • jasonr79

These all look great. Keep up the good work

  • Ed

It’s not the snoring, but the night terrors/screaming that she doesn’t believe(grin)
