LG G Flex for Sprint shows its face in leaked render

LG hasn’t made any announcements about bringing its curvy G Flex to the U.S. yet, but if the rumor mill is to be believed, the device will be hitting a few different carriers’ shelves. Today some evidence to support that claim made its way online in the form of a leaked render. Posted by @evleaks, the render is said to show Sprint’s version of the G Flex, which will reportedly carry the model number “LS995.” There’s no Sprint branding on the front of the unit itself, but we can see Sprint’s Spark LTE indicator in its status bar and a Sprint network indicator near the bottom of the display.

The G Flex made its way to three major Korean carriers earlier this year, but since then the device’s rollout has been pretty small. A rumor that surfaced last month claimed that LG will eventually bring the G Flex to AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile here in the U.S., though, and today’s leak appears lent a bit of credence to that original report. There’s still no word on exactly when the G Flex might hit any of those three operators, but with CES less than a month away, it may not be long before more details are revealed.

Weren’t you going around saying how “crappy” or “piss poor” the G Flex was and that no one would want it just a few weeks ago? After all, you are the Samsung fanboy, and “no other manufacturer will ever compare”. smh
