Moto X+1 codenamed Victara, coming to all four US carriers

Motorola Moto X

Though the Moto X didn’t sell well, those that did buy it are notorious for loving the device. A lot of us here at Android and Me purchased one for ourselves and love it to death. It did have its faults, like a very unimpressive camera and a battery that was on the small side, but they could easily be forgiven. Now that rumors surrounding the Moto X’s successor are swirling, we have very high hopes for the device.

Rumored to be released as the Moto X+1, a new codename for the device was leaked today thanks to @evleaks. The Moto X+1 is codenamed Victara, so if you see any references to Victara, you’ll know what you’re looking at. @evleaks also stated that the device will be available on all four carriers, though this doesn’t state if there will be any exclusivity deals on things such as Moto Maker. We dearly hope not.

The new Moto X will be coming sometime late summer, so we can expect it in a mere few months. I’m very excited to see what Motorola does next, as the company has already impressed me. Will you be getting yourself the Moto X+1? Leave a comment!
