Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE-A display offers significant accuracy improvement over Galaxy S5

The Samsung Galaxy S5 display is considered one of the best by many, professionals included. The 5.1-inch, full HD Super AMOLED display is simply gorgeous with beautiful colors and fantastic daylight visibility. It’s a pleasure to use. However, it seems that Samsung has already one-upped it.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE-A was exclusively released in South Korea and features a 5.1-inch WQHD Super AMOLED display, already besting the Galaxy S5 display in terms of raw specs. A higher resolution doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a better display, but thanks to AnandTech and their fantastic measurements, we can see that Samsung really outdid itself.

As you can see from the measurements below, Samsung nailed accuracy with the Galaxy S5 LTE-A display. And from the photo above, the color accuracy is far better without the (usually unnoticeable) greenish tint. Hit the source link for more measurements and testing, and let’s just wait for that dang Galaxy S5 Prime/Alpha to launch.
