Amazon Cloud Drive now offering unlimited options

Amazon Cloud Drive has been a viable option for many people out there, and now for anyone looking to get a bit more unlimited in their cloud storage from Amazon, the option is now available.

There are two options to choose from, both paid. The first is a photos-only option, which Amazon calls the “Unlimited Photos Plan.” At just under $1 per month ($11.99 per year), users will be able to store an unlimited number of photos in the cloud, and Amazon will throw in an additional 5GB of storage for videos and other documents

The other option, what Amazon calls the “Unlimited Everything Plan,” will go for about $5 per month ($59.99 per year) and will store everything in the cloud, from photos, videos, documents, music and movies.

“Most people have a lifetime of birthdays, vacations, holidays, and everyday moments stored across numerous devices. And, they don’t know how many gigabytes of storage they need to back all of them up,” said Josh Petersen, Director of Amazon Cloud Drive. “With the two new plans we are introducing today, customers don’t need to worry about storage space—they now have an affordable, secure solution to store unlimited amounts of photos, videos, movies, music, and files in one convenient place.”

The new options are available now, and each of them has a three-month trial period to start.

Plan on taking advantage of the new plans?
