BBM still alive, hits 100 million downloads on Google Play

It came as a surprise to us, but BBM for Android is still very much alive. The app has hit a new milestone of 100 million downloads on Google Play and it seems people are continuing to use it quite a bit. Now we can’t blame them, the app is actually pretty decent.

In the latest update, BlackBerry has been keeping up with a lot of Android standards. Android Wear support is now included, with the ability to see messages and respond with both your voice and generic responses. You can also get a custom BBM PIN number, though that will cost you a buck per month.

How many of you still use the BBM app for Android?
