Motorola has been dominating with its update schedule. The Android 4.4 KitKat update for the Moto X beat the Nexus 4, which is incredible to think about. The Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile devices have received the update, and now the US Cellular model is getting its taste of KitKat.

JD Power has released a study on network performance, quality and coverage across the US. For the most part, the results are predictable. The study compared normal carriers to prepaid carriers and found that network quality is significantly better with regular carriers, especially in regards to call quality and data reliability. Obvious, right?

Samsung’s US Galaxy Note II event is right around the corner now (at the time of writing this, it’s mere moments away), and the device has finally been pegged with release date and pricing info for five of the biggest carriers in the US: T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and US Cellular.

Tonight Samsung announced the Galaxy S III will be coming to five major US carriers including AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless and U.S. Cellular. The device will arrive in June and retail pricing will start at $199 with contract. Exact pricing and retail availability will be announced by each of the five carriers in the coming weeks.
