So, how gimped will Dark Meadow get when it is released for non-Tegra devices?

According to this A&M article, Dark Meadow is pushing the metaphorical envelope for mobile gaming. The article also states that it is a timed exclusive for Tegra. My question is, how much will the graphics be curbed for other devices with comparable GPU performance to Tegra 3?

My guess is the non-Tegra version will look very similar to the iOS version. I could be wrong. Hopefully the dev can detect the device and turn on whatever FX the GPU can handle.

I would guess that as well, but would it even come out for non-Tegras?

Well, I’m not sure exactly what benefits the Tegra 3 provides, but from what I’ve seen the Snapdragon S4 seems to perform pretty much on par with it in most cases. Unless Dark Meadow really requires every core of the Tegra 3 I can’t imagine the performance being affected that much. I get the impression that the link between this game and the Tegra 3 is more to do with Nvidia trying to strengthen the Tegra brand than it is with actual performance.
