Only available for the dutch (or maybe americans too since they are now slowly starting to rise there), the Rabobank app. Doing most of my financial bank business from my phone / tablet. Loving it!

Google Voice. It saves me $10 a month, every month, and decouples the ability to text me from the phone itself, so I can use tab/comp as well.

“thumb keyboard”. Split keyboard app with good amount of customization. Love one option specifically, where you can enable “shift + backspace”, it will delete whole words.

Google Nav, but recently Jump Desktop(from my TF300 to home Win7 machine) is right up there. It just works so frickin well, at least on LTE/Wifi.

Just one app! I would have to say Titanium Back-up. Since it re-installs all of my other favorite apps after a re-install or a flash.
