Tegra 4 was scoring 36k in Antutu a couple months back. I'm sure NVIDIA tweaked the performance to improve since then. Tegra 4 comes out...

My guess is Snapdragon 600. Not sure why you call it crap -- it's the fastest mobile chip out right now.
